What is the process like in the clinic?
Each session begins by assessing your progress. The needles, very fine and single-use, are placed at the points selected for your case and remain in place for a few minutes while you rest. Most patients describe the session as relaxing.

Does acupuncture hurt?
The needles are extremely fine; you will usually feel a slight prick or momentary pressure. Most patients relax during the session, and some even doze off.
Is it safe and hygienic?

How many sessions are needed?
