How does the video consultation work for patients abroad?
You fill in the form describing your case; Dr. Torres reviews it personally and, if your situation can be assessed remotely, he emails you to agree on a day and time for the video call.
How long does the doctor take to reply to the form?
The doctor reviews every request personally, so replies usually arrive within a few days of sending. We also recommend checking your spam folder.
What information should I include in the form?
The more context, the better: what is happening and since when, which treatments you have tried and, if you have recent reports or test results, mention it so you can share them later by email.
Does the video consultation replace an in-person visit?
It depends on each case: some situations can be assessed and followed perfectly well remotely, while others require an in-person examination. That is precisely why the doctor reviews every request before confirming a video consultation.
